Why dance with us?

For classes to be fully inclusive, accessible and enjoyable for dancers with disabilities, we utilize an approachable method of instruction that addresses social, emotional, physical, and artistic growth. Our goal is not to replace physical/occupational therapy, but for dancers to experience benefits that support their development outside of the studio.

  • Structured Classes - Greetings, Warm Up, Stretching, Center & Across-the-Floor Technique, Choreography & Bows (setting the expectation in an inclusive manner promotes confidence, success, and acceptance)

  • Dance Terminology Utilized (treating dancers with respect & promoting higher functioning)

  • Ballet & Contemporary Fusion Classes (not your typical creative movement class)

  • Hip Hop & Jazz Fusion Classes (body awareness + attitude = swag)

  • Musical Theater & Themed Workshops (big expression and big smiles)

  • In-Person Classes & Workshops (social interaction & soft skills practiced)

  • Online Classes (same level & structure as in-person + accessibility)
